1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date you receive your order. To qualify for return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged and kept in original packaging.
- You must contact our customer support first to obtain return authorization before sending back goods.
2. Return Shipping
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost to send items back to our warehouse. Original shipping fee is non-refundable for free-shipping orders.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive, inspect and confirm the item meets return requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 3–7 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Items damaged due to improper use, accident or customs inspection
- Products marked final sale
- Items returned without prior contact and authorization
